Binder Pro
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Binder Pro collects, uses, and protects account, store, eBay, billing, and operational data.
Who Operates Binder Pro
Binder Pro is a product of TCGX LTD, Company Number 16093472.
For privacy or account deletion requests, contact support from the email address attached to your Binder Pro account.
What Binder Pro Stores
Binder Pro stores account details, store settings, eBay connection tokens, listing data, order data, label records, uploaded listing images, operational history, and subscription status needed to run the service.
When you correct a card match and then create or update a listing, Binder Pro may retain the corrected scan image together with bounded card, candidate, and listing details to improve and evaluate matching accuracy.
Some catalogue, product, and pricing reference data may be read from shared trading-card databases so Binder Pro can create listing titles, item specifics, price suggestions, and card metadata.
How eBay Data Is Used
When you connect an eBay account, Binder Pro uses eBay OAuth to access the store data required for listing management, inventory updates, order picking, fulfilment, buyer issue handling, and related seller workflows.
Binder Pro does not sell eBay account data. Data is used to provide the tools you request and to maintain an operational history for your store.
Billing Data
Subscription checkout is handled by Stripe. Binder Pro stores Stripe identifiers and subscription status, but it does not store full payment card details.
Stripe may process payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and billing information according to Stripe's own terms and privacy notices.
Security
Access tokens and refresh tokens are stored server-side and are used only to make authorised API requests for the connected Binder Pro account.
Binder Pro keeps a restricted security audit log to investigate access attempts, abuse, account and billing changes, and provider mutations. It records bounded outcomes and pseudonymised network context rather than passwords, authentication tokens, message contents, or payment-card details. Access is limited to the protected owner health dashboard and authorised operational or security personnel.
Users should keep their Binder Pro, eBay, Stripe, and carrier accounts secure and should revoke access if they believe an account has been compromised.
Retention and Deletion
Operational records may be kept while your account is active so the app can show history, status, audit information, and support context.
Corrected card-match feedback and its copied scan image have a one-year retention limit and are also removed when the owning account is deleted.
Security audit records are assigned an automatic one-year expiry. When an account is deleted, direct account identifiers and owned-store identifiers in retained audit records are removed and replaced with a random, non-reversible deletion pseudonym so related security events can still be investigated during the remaining retention period.
You can request account deletion from Binder Pro account settings. Some minimised records may be retained for their stated security, accounting, legal, or abuse-prevention purpose until the applicable retention period ends.
