Need help with the Binder Pro iOS or Android companion app? Use the support details below and include the email address on your Binder Pro account.

Email support@binderpro.co.uk with your account email, the device you are using, and a short description of the issue.

If you can sign in, use the Support page inside Binder Pro so your request includes account and store details automatically.

Companion App Access

The mobile app is for active Binder Pro accounts. If your subscription is not active, the app will show an account access notice after sign-in.

Binder Pro does not ask for payment details inside the mobile app.
